My room is a bit dated. Time warp back to the 50s 60sLas Vegas style. chair, It works and It,s clean. Discerning odor from a/c in the suite. It drifted away after some hours. Customer service more than made up for what management may fail to do. Hot water, view, parking, business combo residential area. Music thumping at night. It's the start of weekend, One of the few best price points in Scottsdale, Will visit again.

Wow!!!! Talk about customer service. I left something very important behind. I’m grateful to Vanessa to pointing me in the right direction. Thank you to Raul for going above and beyond with his customer service. He was so helpful and I’m honestly so impressed with the level of service he gave. He took my concern very seriously and helped me find my lost item. I had given up hope until I talked to him. Thank you, thank you!!

Enjoyed the stay. Clean rooms. Meet little upstairs patio overlooking the pool, little bit of shade little bit of sun which ever you choose. Nice part of town w/ easy access to great little shops. Just a few blocks from “Spaces” where we always go to have our meetings. Every time I go, I like to go to Cartel Coffee just a few blocks away – best coffee around!

Marriott name with Best Western quality & Motel 6 service. Want to feel valued as a Marriott Bonvoy elite member? Don’t stay here. The front desk staff are unwelcoming and will do only the bare minimum expected of them during your stay. Rooms are outdated with peeling paint throughout the bathroom & shower. Glass shower door doesn’t properly protect the shower faucet splatter and your bathroom floor will be absolutely soaked requiring use of 2 of the 3 towels you’re allowed to blot up the mess. The beds and pillows ARE very comfortable which is a plus. But the entire interior / shared areas of the hotel are run down and it feels like a very cheap motel with Westin or W pricing to stay. The major plus is the quick access to downtown Old Town Scottsdale; but I’d rather walk a mile to the action than stay here again. Poor management that doesn’t care about their clientele; at all.
