Checked in online for urgent care and said it was about a 30 minute wait. We got to the clinic and waited over 2 hours to see someone for 10 minutes. Then the PA on staff that night horribly misdiagnosed my son and didn’t explain anything to me. Don’t plan on returning to this urgent care.

There urgent care is 5 star. However, trying to get a primary care doctor us a mess. I have been made to feel lower than the ickiest thing and wanted to die right then during a visit. I felt and feel as if there staff could care less.

Went in they have a sign “be kind we are short staffed” but front desk and medical assistants or nurses are so rude is that sign just an excuse to be totally rude. I was just there for a physical. I get being short staffed sucks and I respect any one who works in health care short but I am not being mean I don’t even mind waiting or anything. I think you need to be a littler kinder as a staff we’re all going through stuff.
