I visited Morgan Jewlers to have a watch re-sized that I had received as a gift. The watch was not bougth from Morgan but the store manager Kenny was very helpful removing and adding links three tiems to ensure the watch was the proper fit for me! Great customer service!

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. My boyfriend and I had an engagement ring picked out. He went to pick it up yesterday and discovered that the ring was transferred to another store (no big deal) except to his knowledge found out the salesman never informed him that the ring needed to have the diamond purchased separately. Jesse said they only had one option available and it was $10,000 dollars for JUST the diamond. It would’ve cost $15,000 for everything. 3x the amount above the budget already discussed. Instead of helping figure out another option, Jesse and his wife persisted BOXING up a whole different ring set up saying they knew exactly what I wanted. A whole different ring, a whole different design and color. Not even considering what we wanted, our budget or feelings on it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They started discussing financing on this $15,000 ring when they knew he was planning on paying cash for the ring we wanted. Long story short, we will no longer be working with this company and looking elsewhere.
