My husband and I are looking for a place to live. Applied here, wasted a week of time where we could if been looking else where, to be denied. They gave us a denial letter, but won't tell us exactly why we were. Gave us a number to call, but that number can't give specific reason as to why it was denied. Leaving us frustrated and unhappy with no answers to why it was denied. Poor way to do business Funny, a year later they reply that we can check our credit and get a record of criminal background. Except Mine and my husband's credit is fine. And no criminal record..

Moved in to Falcon Park a few months ago and it was made clear that no pets are allowed. They seem pretty strict but that was my own impression. Just like the other reviewer I have also seen people with animals. Even some medium-to-large sized dogs being walked on a leash.
It depends, if you mean with furniture included then no. Every apartment has forced air AC, and gas heating. The large 1 bedrooms have W/D hookups however the smaller ones do not. I found the best bet is to just spend a little more on a 2 bedroom as they have W/D hookups, and are more readily available.
