I’ve been at this gym for just over a month now and I couldn’t be more grateful for the atmosphere and people here. I was hesitant to join a gym like this especially being a queer woman and not knowing what to expect but I have never felt more welcomed and accepted than here. Along with that, it is a very clean and well maintained gym with some great coaches.

I love learning from Brazil’s two-time National champion, Aldo Oreggia, and feel fortunate to train with someone with those kinds of professional credentials! I‘ve been training with Aldo for about a year now, and look forward to training with him for many years to come! Aldo is also one of the nicest guys you‘ll ever meet and has an awesome sense of humor! A person would be hard-pressed to find his equal! I highly recommend Aldo and One Hit MMA to anyone and everyone! A person just can‘t go wrong training there!!👍

There are several different rates you can choose from depending on the time you're able/willing to commit to training. I have trained at several gyms all over the country and I would say the prices are very good at One Hit MMA. I personal chose to sign up for a 12 month contract for $100 a month. You can attend all the classes, and there is even more training throughout the week that students attend outside of the schedule classes.
