Dr. Shepherd is proactive in handling my pain issues. He doesn't shame me or treat me like I'm faking it exaggerating. On top of that, he has an excellent bedside manner and a great personality, plus a clear and understandable voice (important to hearing impaired people like me). In other words, he is the polar opposite of my previous pain specialist.

Dr. Shephard is very caring and willing to listen about any issues you may have. He is skilled and well educated in his field of study and is one who will take the time to explain all procedures and why plus work with any other doctors that you may have if needed. He does great work!

We take medicare and only a few Select Health plans
There is a message line on the main number, I cant remember if they give you another number to call if you need someone (some offices ive been to do, I had a surgery and they gave me a number in case I needed him but that was years ago so I don't have it) leave a message Keisha will get back to you Monday morning, she's great at getting back first thing if you keft a message on the weekend.
