great restaurant great service. who ever is K M in the comment section from what it seems like most of the problem is you and mostly your husband intellectual issues and have hearing problems and maybe you should just not take what’s yours and learn to be patient and stop whining like a toddler and it’s even more sad that your hubby has to speak his mind through his wife and not just say it him self and have his wife has to be a representative for him honestly i’d be embarrassed to be you. especially for the fact that you went out of your way to leave a bad review even though you pretty much show in every way how your in the wrong, maybe learn how to act like an adult and take some self accountability and stop blaming it on whoever is closest to you, thank you for your time please take THE FACTS into consideration please and thank you :)

We have never experienced such terrible customer service!!! We placed our order and my husband went to pick it up and pay. The employee went and got his order and came back to ring it up. While he was ringing it up they realized that half of the order was wrong but my husband told him that he would just pay for that order and go because he didn't want to wait for them to replace it. There wasn't an argument or response from the employee, he just rang it up and my husband paid and left. After being home for an hour we received an call from Royal Jade. The lady who called my husband is named Carina. She told my husband that it was his fault for taking the wrong order and that they now had an extra order that was wrong. She argued with him for 5-10 minutes about how he shouldn't have taken the order, when the employee was the one who brought it up and let him pay and leave. I don't know what she was trying to do by calling him when we had left and been home for over an hour other than to be rude and argumentative. We will never order from there again. I have never seen anything like this before!!

We were really disappointed with our most recent experience here. We had left a 5 star rating and loved the food before. However, we just went for lunch and were left waiting at the door to be greeted for 10 mins, only to be treated rather briskly and rudely. We were never greeted with a hello or anything other then to snap at us "here or to go" "how many" and then "youll have to wait" It's understandable to be short staffed or to have to a wait. But it's not okay to be rude to customers or to walk away when asked how long the wait will be. We won't ever come back. There are lots of options in town.

As with all restaurants in the area, masks required upon entry and exit if dining in. A must for just picking up an order.
