The store was incredibly unhelpful with my online order. The problem was on their end yet they would not take ownership and resolve it. They advised me to contact customer service instead and sent me on my way. That was a very frustrating experience. About 30 minutes later: customer service told me I have to go back in store. I'm done with Bath and Body Works.

When you walk into the mall entrance of the food court the tables are 6 ft apart and masks required.
