My fiancée and I have lived at the Rees Apartments since they opened in 2020, we have absolutely loved living here! We started in a one-bedroom and have since moved to a two-bedroom since we got a puppy last year! The land manager Jeni and her husband are amazing to work with and are so attentive to the needs of the residents!

As a current resident these apartments are an amazing place to live! With a wonderful and responsive staff, I have never been worried about a thing. These apartments are also in a prime location! Within walking distance of good food and shopping. What more could you ask for? If you are looking for a great place to live this is the place for you!

I love living at the Rees Apartments! I was the first one to move in and have been grateful ever since. The apartments are new and I love the layout and updated modern look. I don't have to worry about keeping a yard, snow removal or hurrying to get my garbage out, it's always taken care of! The apartment manager is amazing and always available. They keep the carpets and landscaping well maintained, and if there's ever anything I need it's taken care of immediately. It's a great neighborhood and community. I love my neighbors and feel safe and content. I'd highly recommend living at Rees!

My wife and I have lived here since 2020 and we have nothing but good things to say about the apartment and the property manager. She and her husband are incredibly nice people and have been amazing to work with. She is constantly working to maintain the apartments and even giving little gifts to each tenant periodically. As far as the apartment, we love our space and have had very few problems. The rent is also one of the cheapest you can find in the area. We are very thankful to be living at rees apartments.
