Amazing customer service, they were great at keeping me updated on the progress of my truck while they were working on it. When they were replacing the tires the did an inspection and found that one of the front wheel bearings were loose. I had just taken it to a diesel mechanic for the sold purpose of an all around inspection, and he didn’t say anything, but the big o tech that changed my tires caught it. Very impressed with the thoroughness and quality done. Also my hub caps flew off after getting the tires replaced (you have to remove the cpas to get to the lugs) and they replaced them for free as soon as I told them what happened, no questions. Highly recommend going here, I have had very good experiences going here.

Nice people, good prices, parking can be a pain. I bought a new set of tires here recently because the had better prices than my normal place. It was a good experience. I also get most of my maintenance done here. I don't need an appointment and they can usually get it done the same day and they have coupons😉 However their parking lot is small and when they are busy it can be a pain to find a spot. They should repaint the lines and get rid of some of the old vehicles that are taking up space but never get fixed.
