Alfredo has the best customer service I have ever had at a phone store. He was kind, had patience, was upfront about the wait time, and that he was alone. After we waited about 30 minutes, he helped us with all of our questions. We were there 45 mins after closing and he never hesitated to answer a question or make us feel rushed. He need to be recognized In a big way. He needs to train every employee you have. This is what customer service is all about.

I completely agree, and it's not just the AT&T store, any time I drive past it or turn towards Macey's, or the car wash, I lose all control of my phone, I can't access apps, and even my PANDORA freezes up . . So I have the same exact question?
