Insteading creating and breeding more animals. Why not take in a family member from your local animal room and board. So many family members needs adopted. Very nice staff that will help you. Let's give these puppies family members whatever you may call them I call them family a place to call home it is our duty as individuals to give a home. We have seven in our home could you think about at least taking one home with you. It would help to room more if we would do more for these babies. The staff here really cares for these family members puppies babies Barbies whatever you want to call them I call them family. Think about it really good place though

In August cats were 75. Dogs were 85. Both came fixed and up to date on shots. I assume kittens are the same price as cats
Mine was aproved at interview
Check the website of the chip. Homeagain is the company hooked up with my dogs chip
Yes. And all appointments are already full.
If you are an Oconee County resident you can bring them to animal control
Call them at 882-4719. Leave a message and let them know you're looking for a barn cat. They'll call you when they get one.
Shut up, nice enough? You people are freaks.
One of the times I was there, one of the volunteers said they're working on being 100% no kill.
You can always contact the shelter
I've never heard about a veteran discount but they run specials pretty frequently.
No.
No, it is NOT! When you take a pet in for whatever reason you have to sign a paper saying you lnow it may be euthanized the SAME DAY YOU BROUGHT IT IN.
Just bite it back!!
I'm not sure Sara. Please find a way to contribute. If your comfortable means of contribution is not available, plesse consider alternatives. The animals need our help so desperatively
Not sure on that that one ? Call the ladies there, they are the best of the best.
Yes. It is preferred that you return the dog to the shelter you adopted it from. However, you won't get a refund.
No, but I agree with Frank. I live 1/2 mile away. I know many of the people working there and they truly do care about the animals they have in captivity. I was really touched when I saw how much they care. I recently brought my forever dog home. As ironic as it may sound, I kinda felt bad about removing him from their care. They came by my house about 5 weeks later and were overjoyed about the relationship we have developed. I hope you have truly meaningful intentions about posting this question. This is a county run facility. They do not have limitless resources. I fully believe that the staff does everthing they can within their power to see to it that each animal has it's fair chance at achieving it's ultimate goal. They simply want to be loved and cared for.
Yes. They are not a no kill. But they do ANY THING and EVERYTHING in their power to find homes for any/all animals in their care. They have the most caring, loving, staff I have ever DELT WITH. They TRULY, TRULY CARE !!!! They also have some real nice animal control officers. They have a very tuff job. But they will help you in any way they can. (Within reason). I've DELT WITH them. Always helpful and respectful. And very professional. Their GOOD as it gets,, Just WORK with THEM. . And yes, they work very close with pet smart.
You can come in Mon thru Friday 10-4 and Saturday 10-1 for vouchers. You get them right then when you pay for them. Then u call the Vet and make the appointment. Takes like 20mins as long as their not busy.
Call them. They may have resources for you to use.
God forbid you return an animal you will be labeled as a person with unrealistic expectations and not allowed to volunteer or adopt ever again you will be told not to come back to the shelter the two women are Lynn and Gretchen who work there
