If you give them a huge deposit and bring utility bills in your name they won't make it easy! Went through it last year
If you have the app you can enter the information in there to get an instant answer or you can go on to enterprise.com and hit start a reservation and you can get pricing that way without having to process it
Most cars run around 30 to 40 dollars a day with a $200 deposit that you will receive back after the car is returned 3 to 5 business days later
As far as I know, DL and card have to be the same, you can also drive, but the card holder also must have a DL in order to rent the car
