I have only been here to get COVID tests done but almost every experience has been quick and easy. It's convenient when you are on a busy schedule.

After trying for several weeks to get an appointment for my 88 year old mother-in-law at other places in the county with no luck, finally called the health department in Seneca. They answered right away and after just a few questions we have an appointment! Thank you for not making it complicated.

Say what you want about the OCHD but they are the only one in the area that have any idea what is going on with the COVID vaccine. After hours online and on the phone, I called them...pick up on the first ring, a very helpful and cheery person answered the phone and informed us how to get an appointment. Once we got the email from VAMS it took, minutes to create an account and schedule an appointment for my 82 year old mother to receive the vaccine next week!! KUDOS to our local public health office! THANK YOU!!

They usually email with the results. The paperwork he received will give you the details.
It is based on your income. You will need to show proof. They also have a on site insurance that can be applied for at your first appointment.
As of today, the health department has a contract with a place that does covid testing in the parking lot 7 days a week. I believe the hours are 9am to 4pm daily (unless there is hazardous weather). You can register on site or pre-register at the web site : Web.getgov2go.com
