Great visit. The vet was friendly and also very professional. She answered all of our questions and described how our BP should be cared for in great detail. We weren't expecting to be able to provide a stool sample but Toffee had other plans so when they said they could collect it and do that, we were oddly thankful. Lol. We Do want to make sure she is free of parasites/disease. The wait was very short, wouldn't even call it a wait. They took their time at our appointment, we didnt feel rushed. We were also provided with a print out of basic care information that we could refer to if there was something we missed. She also encouraged to call if we had any more questions as well. We live about two hours away but we plan to use this office for our ball python, Toffee. We have several dogs so we may transfer their care to this location as we aren't particularly happy with our current vet. Our chi has seizures (hard to diagnose/treat it seems) and after $650 we still have no answers or even any emergency medication to use when it happens...so yeah I would say we are looking for a better vet and they may be it! Oh. And the office didn't have that smell. If you know you know (dirty kennel smell). It was very clean and pleasant. Every staff member we interacted with was also vet nice and accommodating They also never pressured us to purchase anything extra or try to pursued us to do unnecessary testing as some places do. Sorry for my rambling, I was trying to cover everything.

Very kind and considerate staff. Transparent about pricing and very easy to schedule appointments. I have two cats that always feel safe there.

Questions & Answers

I have a pet pig, I am trying to find a vet that can " fix " him, and was wondering about getting his tusks pulled. He is housebroken and playful. I am disabled and have a Very Limited income. I need to get that done or consider Farmer Put down.

Thank you for checking with us; unfortunately, we do not see primates. I have reached out to the Greenville Zoo to see if they have a recommendation for you. Thank you again for checking with us and I will reply if I hear back from Dr. Nick at the zoo.
