Our trade ins for our phones took us to this location for picking up new ones. Although we didn’t walk out with our new iPhones, the General Manager here, Chris T., gave us probably the best customer service we’ve ever received from a store front location! We were really impressed on how he handled our situation, from looking up our account, giving us the options that we can choose, and making it super easy for us to get a hold of him again if we had additional future questions! Chris T. kept in touch with us for the next two weeks, from ordering our new iPhones, trade in process, and setting up our new ones - making sure it was a smooth transition. Oh how I wish every Verizon employee can show the sincerity Chris expressed in making sure we felt important as customers! He is exemplary!

Dropped my phone, went in to the Verizon store in Spanish Fork, Utah and couldn't get anyone to help me. I've never been in a place where the employees try to avoid the customers this much. The service here is the worst I've ever seen. I went out to my truck to get my wallet and they locked the door so I couldn't come in and finish.
