I called in advance and scheduled an appointment to have my emissions checked and alignment done. When I walked in they greeted me by name and had a loaner vehicle for me ready to go so I could get back to work. A couple hours later I got a text saying my vehicle was ready. I went back and traded them vehicles. I was in and out. They did a great job and their prices were fair. I also love that they were doing a special and donated $10 to charity from my alignment.

I have been using Dickerson for a few years now, mostly registration and inspection services. An odd bit of maintenance here and there also. This was our first really big repair and it looks like they nailed it. There is nothing more satisfying than turning your key and knowing your vehicle will start. You don’t think about it much until it’s to late. The vehicle that was repaired is used for bad weather and towing, so the thought of it failing me under those conditions would have been disaster. Thanks to Craig and his team for their hard work! Updated: vehicle still doing fine. Inspected and updated registration for another vehicle. Done quickly. Thanks again!
