This location has slow service. The first time I went here was to pick up a subscription package that was held here because I changed the address and needed to pay for the forwarding service fee. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to retrieve it from the back. The second time was mailing a tracked package, which went smoothly with a tracking receipt and immediate online update, so I gave an extra star for this. However, for my third time here (the most recent visit) to ship out my package, the clerks were unprofessional. I used to receive drop-off receipts for all of my USPS drop-off visits, but I didn’t receive a confirmation this time. They just took my package to the back but didn’t scan immediately, and the tracking number is still not updated online with scan after hours. I think it depends on the visit time or the clerks that serve to have good experience at this place. **Update on third visit: the tracking number is finally updated online, so I increased one more star for the rating. I am the type who can easily get super worried if my shipments are not tracked with recent updates, so I hope they will provide faster and more professional service.

I had a package confirmed delivered on a Friday, which is never was. So I went to the office Saturday and they confirmed and showed me a photo as well as gave me the address of where it was delivered instead, a couple mins from my location. Daniel, at the office, spoke to he carrier on the phone infront of me and requested it be delivered to my apartment since the carrier was already at the location my package was at even though I offered to go pick it up that day. Daniel insisted the carrier was there and theyd take care of it and it still never showed. On the following Tuesday I went to the address I was given as to where my package was left, spoke with their leasing office, and my package was intentionally left there anyways. Thos isn't the first time packages sent from friends and family have been delivered to the wrong place and marked as delivered to me directly or my mailbox and it wasnt. Also the office phone never gets answered. It rings a little bit then stops and just keeps beeping in your ear so you're forced to drive there for the simplest of questions.

Fast service but my item took almost a whole day before the label was created on USPS tracking and that’s off because USPS has always been fast in my experience. It’s a big office and very spacious with a lot of parking lot

Vacation hold
You could call the post office but I believe they would charge around $50.00 to change the lock for you. Best advice would be to call a locksmith to do that.
You can get get that done at the post office you live closest to.
