It's a very bad experience. I went for x disease, the volunteers who are not doctors they ask me what is the reason behind my illness as my blood reports say normal. I cannot answer because I am not a doctor. Then they wrote a, b , c,d tests again. The reason we go because of unemployment. Now where it is benefit to a patient when you keep on writing multiple tests. They are unprofessional. The old guy with a hat and attitude on his head at the front desk keep insulting the patients as if he is paying for everyone's treatment from his pocket. I suggest to arrange some dollars and find a good hospital. Health is important than everything.

As a doctor you should never have religious feelings and gender feelings. Today when I visited to your clinic the old man said first week of Saturday is only for women. I requested him a lot to allow me because my health is not good. After the lady doctor came I requested her to check me guess what she said I am not going to examine you I will just give you tablets. Without examine how can you give me tablets. Being a doctor you should not have a gender feeling. And the other side old man is allowing the male patients after the late hours. He just allowing the male patients who he knows them personally. I understand this is a charity clinic you guys are helping people. But doctor is like a second god. You should never have gender feelings. Hope Hayat management understand and speak with lady doctor and old man.
