I had multiple issues with the Dewitt location. Including but not limited too never receiving a call that my glasses where in. I requested that my vision test report be submitted to the DMV but it never was. I went in for a contacts class and the person who was supposed to be "teaching" me, however very nice and personable, seemed to be learning with me rather than teaching me. I didn't finish that contact class appointment that day so we rescheduled for the next week. I show up for that appointment and was told there was no one there who could teach me. Which was fine I understand people call in or don't show up but I should have been, at the very least, notified that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because of that. I never rescheduled my appointment for my contacts class and don't plan on it considering the multiple issues I have had with this place.

The staff and dr. are always professional and attentive. Vey happy with prices, service and follow-up. Beats out all ‘other’ vision places around. :)

Jeanette did my pre-exam and she was absolutely delightful. She was personable, sweet, silly and got the job done right. Another woman helped me fit my glasses properly, and was very patient in making lots of small adjustments because of a tension issue that I have. I did not expect to feel so comfortable and nearly at home with their team! Thanks guys.

I was 15minutes late for my appointment due to transportation difficulties. He suggested that I reschedule my appointment knowing that I have transportation problems. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
