Some of the tiny house people are very mean. They get a salary but not help people. I live there for a year. I called the manager person many times. the person called alyssa c. can be very mean. Period. she never showed up and returned calls. She did not return call but she never wanted to help. Always showed she was busy. Are you serious? You did not return and help us and get paid. Busy for what?

My name is Erik Nelson, I live at Gossett Place in the U District. The swing shift security guard Who works from 3 to midnight, constantly harrasses me to no end. I have asked him to please leave me alone. He rudely refuses to everything I have asked of him. I have severe PTSD and when I goupstairs to my apartment, I have anxiety attacks that last between ten min up to a couple hours. I am sick and tired of his f'd up attitude. Something needs to be done about this. I have written a long petition to have him removed from his position here, or just straight up FIRED. I ALREADY HAVE 60 PERCENT OF THE RESIDENCE signatures. I only need about 12 more to have the majority if not all of those that live here. Nobody Here likes him. Most of us are very uncomfortable around him, and extremely intimidated by him and around him. His name is Roiter.

The transitional program at martin court location was a joke I stayed there for 3 months and when you first sign paperwork make sure to get copies of everything including the lease itself. they gave me forged copies of the lease with pages missing of what i signed, then they signed me up for different housing agencies without giving me the username and passwords to the accounts ,also they put notices on the door outside of your unit so all the other tenants can see and put back on your door they put all your business on a PSA they favor the ones that collect SSI and welfare check not the everyday struggling working man or woman. they also talk about you behind your back among other staff there and act like they're trying to help you when they're in your face. This program is nothing more than a system to prevent you from getting permanent housing, my suggestion is best live with someone you trust or a good shelter then get a job and save up as much as you can to get your own place. These programs are designed for non favored people to fail point blank period.

They connect people to services via outreach teams. Even if they had availability, they couldn't put you in it without a referral from REACH.
Go to the LIHI website . Click "Menu". Click " find housing".
Who is encouraging drug use? Also the rules are enforced. What is your real question?
You might want to contact the organizations directly. They have agents who can help you apply for a low income voucher which you'd have to have to get housing at a reduced rate. Low Income Housing Institute is a good place to start. There is an office at jackson and rainier. If Noone is in the office there are numbers posted on the door. If you are a victim of domestic violence there's a lot of resources to help you get housing. Keep in mind you are in for a lot of waiting, as it is a sloooow process and you have to be persistant.
All you can do is call and apply they can do what they can there are also mary's place and Catholic Communities who can help you also call them too and let them know your info and apply.
