We as Muslims should come together to buy this building if that is possible and the masjid is currently renting this building. Yes we all understand that this building needs renovation but before all of that we should find a solution to purchase this building. May Allah give us strength to do so.

Yes
Depending on the time of the year. Either the kutba starts at 1:30 and we pray at 2. Or the kutba starts at 12:30 and we pray at 1. They have the times inside.
