Amazing! I was an hour late....having mixed up my schedule and the gentleman next to me was 4 hours early and they were able to make some changes moving staff around and get us both in! I had a great session. I am in PT because of recent hip surgery. They really studied and fine tuned the excersizes I was doing so I learned what I needed to accomplish in doing them. I feel they really worked hard for me - not just to get me in but I was able to handle stairs better, climb in and out of my car easier and overall walked better and I still have 8 sessions left. I know I will be in the best shape post surgery I can be when I am all done. I also appreciated the icing at the end of the session. I coud relax and let the icepack calm down my hip so I didn't need to find time to do it at home. Great place to go for PT.

The Physical Therapists and Staff at Kirkland ATI are terrific. Each member makes their patients, like myself, feel that we are not just another number to check off, but show concern, understanding, and interest in our physical recovery and our lives. I would especially like to commend my personal Physical Therapist Allison Lieb who is always friendly and interested in my physical and personal well being. Allison pushes me, in a friendly way, to not only endure my physical therapy treatments but to thrive in realizing the benefits that I am receiving from them, at the clinic, and also the exercises that I do at home, with the goal of a full recovery from my surgical procedure. I would recommend her to anyone that is seeking physical therapy treatments.

This review is specifically for Bella and Michael at ATI. Bella did an amazing job at diagnosing my pack pain issue and came up with a good plan for recovery. She helped me understand what was wrong and what we are doing to correct it. Thanks to her and Michael, I went from *not being able to do my job on my laptop* to slowly and steadily getting there. I still have a long way to go for 100% recovery, but I know I am in good hands. Thank you Bella and Michael for being such great PTs - you made a huge difference in my life. Keep up the good work!

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the front desk. When you ask a client for documentation which they were never given by their insurance provider 1. Over the phone < several times> 2. In a few emails 3. In person < several times > to which you thought they understood the situation and finally you could stop being badgered..then, 4. They bug you during your pt appt. when all they ever had to do was call my provider's 800 #!!! My physical therapist Matthew is wonderful, patient and guiding....as he should be. He is very thorough also. I've been to other physical therapy places and felt 30 min just really isn't enough time to work with a patient and at ATI each appointment is 60 min.
