Went in to grab a few items today and didn't realize how close it was to closing but was still taken care of. And the rewards program just put the icing on. Thanks Garrett if I got your name right.

The employee was rude, wasn't helpful, and cold. I'm never going back!😡

First time there today, and was so amazed by their tanks and different options of live plants! The employee that was working was so helpful and knowledgeable of the live plants and what plants were light maintenance and high maintenance. Definitely will be going back!

Socially distant, limited customers at a time and everyone masked. Very clean and very helpful. It's my go to place for aquarium stuff now.

WHEN WILL THIS PLACE ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE IN WHEELCHAIRS? I use a wheelchair and was told that they didn’t have any way to get in their store. I’m this day and age I think it’s terrible they can’t make a little ramp for a few steps!!!

The shop is up high from the sidewalk, and even ambulatory customers have to walk up several steps. I'm guessing they can't afford to change up the whole storefront and sidewalk. The Aqua-World in Manchester is wheelchair-accessible. And they have an incredible selection of plants!

I have several healthy albino cory catfish that I would like to trade for other fish or shrimp. Does this store trade?

Yes

How is the fishing

Shane Warner | Nov 2, 2019
Mike Bircher | Nov 2, 2019

The fishing here is quite easy since the aquariums are stocked with fish for sale. Just dip in a net and catch as many fish as you like. There is a per-fish fee that must be paid, plus applicable taxes.

My fish has the ich. What am I suppose to do

Tai Jones | Nov 2, 2018
Stephen Musial | Nov 2, 2018

There are a number of Ich medications available depending upon your tank inhabitants. Follow the directions - it can take a while to treat because Ich has several different life phases and you have to be sure to kill all the generations (phases). Not difficult, just takes patience.
