Dr. Fraser is our favorite Vet, but all of them here are excellent. They have all the latest tech, plus it helps support the Humane Society. What more do you need?

The vets are knowledgeable and professional.

Generally speaking, the staff is friendly and willing to assist with questions about their policies and the animals in their care. I regret that I did not get the name of one of the workers there though that was overall kind of rude when I approached to inquire about an animal my wife and I had been waiting a week to release for adoption. Turned out it was adopted almost right away and there was no chance my wife or I could adopt the animal. I disagree with the not holding or reserving policy, as it is biased against people that work during the day. I would have happily made a deposit or even outright pay the adoption fee just to be able to have the chance to get there before someone swoops in and adopts the animal before I have the opportunity to get there. I digress. As I approached the worker, she seemed already upset and before I could say anything, she said "gives us a sec" as she was talking to another coworker. In my personal and professional opinion, customers first. If you are working out front, everything else pauses when a customer approaches. Period. When I did get a chance to inquire, I received cold and detached responses, such as "She was adopted already" I asked, do you know when? "Early on." Those responses, coupled with the tone and body language communicated to me this person really didn't want to talk or interact. If you don't like people or don't want to serve them, don't work in a customer facing capacity. A little compassion for the fact that someone was tracking an animal to adopt for like a week would be nice. Also, we drove 30 minutes to get there, right after work, not feeding our kids or time to do anything else. We literally bolted to get there. Of course I wouldn't expect anyone to know that, which is why customer service is so important. You cater to your customer, serving them, not knowing if they just had a bad day, hoping your interaction will help ease whatever else could be going on.

Everything went well, the operations and new procedures made the lunch great food.

With our low-cost spay/neuter program, the procedure for cats and kitten is $39.95. Occasionally we are able to offer lower prices (the program is funded by donors), and we will post discounts on our Facebook page. For example, spays and neuters in October 2019 are just $20! Kittens must be at least four months of age or older. Give us a call or check out our website for more info!

Hello DeDe! Each pet health insurance provider is different in terms of what you need to enroll, the cost, what is covered, etc., but most will not cover pre-existing conditions. Here is an article with more information: http://amcma.org/blog/article/pet-insurance
It sounds like your dog needs to see a veterinarian. There are many reasons a dog is coughing, and some can be serious. You can call us at 314-951-1534 to schedule an appointment at either one of our locations.
I'm totally against declawing...it is actually amputation of the toes. I don't think the cat could forget that. Most vets will not do it nowadays. You can call around perhaps the Humane society could direct you.
Yes, reasonable and best to call and get an estimate
If you need an avian vet, call TriCity Animal and Bird clinic on Manchester
As I recall it was about $50 for the 1st visit, not including any medicine
And...?
