Making an appointment online does nothing. If a walk in checks in at the same time as you, you are seen fore they are - that is all making and "appointment" online gets you. I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be seen. I'd of been better going as a walk in when it was convenient for me to do so (i.e first thing in the morning). making an online apt doesn't get you anything over walk ins, in terms of a shorter wait time

Honestly if I could give a rating of zero, I would. I am visiting from Toronto Canada for an extended holiday and went to the clinic for a simple infection that required sending a sample to their lab. The clinic was supposed to contact me after 3-5 days. They did not. I called on days 4,6,8 and 11. Each time I got the runaround. On day 12 I was informed that the sample was lost. I quickly went back to the clinic to give another sample and was assured that the results would be back in 3 days... Guess what? I called on day 4 and no results. On day 5 they finally called me to say that they lost the new sample. Ru kidding me. The care and treatment I received at this place was so disturbing and disgusting. I would suggest that you take your health concerns elsewhere

Nurse practitioner 2/15/2022 was very rude, in a hurry. Abrasive and critical tone. Unfortunately, no compassion. In the medical field it’s key for patient care. In addition 5 hours later after she confirmed pharmacy she called to the wrong pharmacy. Therefore, confirmation of no listening skills. Worst visit this year condescending and insulting. A waste of my time.

I was a walk in patient today with a high blood pressure issue. The staff was amazing! I was taken back with in 15 minutes upon check in. I work at a busy Ophthalmology Practice as an Office Manager in Newport Beach. I was very impressed with the care I received. My insurance verification was approved with in two minutes. Highly recommend this office.
