Depending on the time of day you go, it could get very hectic with long wait times. I find that mid week during the mornings and afternoons are usually very little wait like 5-10 mins. If you are already in their system, check in is easy and on the iPad. Staff are usually nice and friendly.

This was my first time here, office and rooms were clean. The front office staff was friendly. The nurse practitioner was very gentle as I was in pain. And dr Matt was wonderful! He listened to my concerns and we spoke about my options and what would work best. I am feeling better and I’m so thankful for their help!

Front desk was super nice and welcoming, the nurse that helped me initially was also very sweet and attentive. I came in today with paralyzing abdominal pain, can’t hold down any fluids any solids and what I got from this visit was no test no nothing, didn’t catch the name of the doctor that helped me but I reported no type of nausea and stated the exact opposite in fact, when he prescribed me nausea tablets I told him I haven’t experienced it. He said it sounds like the stomach flu and when I asked about the extreme pain I was in he said “I don’t know”. Horrible is all I have to say

I have been taking my kids here for over 4yrs and have mostly had decent experiences. There is a couple doctors that are great. I like it because it is open everyday and late on weekdays. Sometimes it’s fairly busy during the day so I like to go later. But this week has been disappointing for me. I have 2 kids and one came home early from school not feeling well 2 days ago and the other was not sick so I didn’t want to bring him where others are sick. Finally got someone to watch my unsick child yesterday late afternoon and arrived to find them closed with a notice saying to go to their other location. I called the other location with no answer a few times and then looked online and they were closed also. By that time I couldn’t find another urgent care open that took my insurance so I had to do it all again today. Finally got someone to watch my other child and walked in at 7:05 (there were 4 cars in the parking lot, one of which belonged to the cleaning lady, so I assume 1 for the doctor, 1 for the nurse and 1 for the receptionist….more than likely there were no patients there) and was told they cannot see us because they already filled their rooms and they “cannot see anymore patients to be out of here by 8”. I’m sorry, but I didn’t realize that there is a cutoff to seeing patients, I thought if a doctor is open they are open, it’s an urgent care and their job to see patients, especially one open late to accommodate those who work or for other reasons cause sickness and injuries can happen anytime. The patients shouldn’t be turned away so the doctor can finish paperwork before the closing time. If they need to finish paperwork by 8, then closing should be at 7, but don’t say you are open until 8 then turn someone away at 7 when your lobby is empty and so is the shared parking lot. This is not the first time I have come late in the day, but the first time I have been turned away with an empty waiting room. It is too late for other urgent cares so my child goes another day not being seen as it is not exactly an ER situation and she needs to see a doctor to return to school. I am definitely disappointed because I have been a regular patient here for over 4yrs and was turned away like my child’s health is not a priority to them, leaving at closing or before was more important.
