The Good- Proximity to the beach. The Bad- Noisy! Dogs barking all the time and thin walls are not a good combination. The Ugly- My bike got stollen 2 nights after i moved in. Talking to the neighbors made me realize that after covid things have gotten worse, and stuff disappears all the time. There is no security or cameras on premise. Furthermore, good luck trying to contact management in case you have a problem. And all that for "only" $3000 a month!!!

I lived here a long time ago... 1997. I am shocked to read the reviews that nothing has changed in all the years since I lived there. I vowed never to go back mainly because the walls were soooooooo thin I could hear my neighbor walking! If you want peace and quiet, it looks like this still isn’t the place to be. So sad because it’s in a fabulous location. Also, the parking spaces under the apartments are so small my car barely fit and I actually scraped the entire passenger side on the cement post that was next to my spot.

Changed parking from free to paid halfway through the lease. Never fixed bug problems. Noisy. Had no pets, yet they pulled up the carpets and tried to charge me for pet stains. They do 11 month leases to loophole "wear and tear" tenant protection laws. Doesn't feel great when your landlord is trying to nickel'n'dime and trick you. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends this place.

Awesome place. Many amenities & 1 block from beach! Multiple gathering areas. SUPER dog friendly. Office & facilities people great. Needs a little more upkeep on splitting stairs & watch your feet, especially on blacktop & near the small spa for uneven ground.
