Most of the staff are professional and helpful. One of the bailiffs, Val is the exact opposite unfortunately. Her special skills involve belittling and harassing almost everyone in the courtroom, bullying those she personally doesn't like, and being so bored in her personal life that she brings her pettiness into her job with her. I won't go into details but it's obvious she enjoys making people as miserable as she clearly is. At least that's what I was always taught as a kid. I also was shocked to see her openly engaging with flirting with court participants during court recess as an employee of the state. Very unprofessional and rude conduct for a courtroom.

The judge that married me and my husband today was super sweet, but there's a lot of miscommunication with the front desk when it comes to weddings. You get married on the second floor, and registration & the number you receive before the wedding is on the third floor, and you do need witnesses. Other than that & parking( which we anticipated), we had a very pleasant experience here.

Went to court got my cases done with I recommend everyone to go to court.

Yes, the St. Louis County parking garage is located on South Meramec Ave. 2 blocks south of the court.
Yes, there is a parking lot across the street from the Justice Center/Jail. You can pay with change or use the park mobile app. For myself and other attorneys who frequently visit, the app is much more convenient as you can increase your time without having to go out to the meter and put more quarters in.
Yes
Call whatever division your court is in and ask the court clerk what is listed on the summons !
If the person doesn't willing pay then you will have to file a garnishment for their job
No, you can fill it out online, but I believe it must be delivered in person. If this is emergency, you can file an order of protection at the police department outside of court business hours.
If your renting where you live and they are not on your lease then you can have who ever your renting from request that they leave but if they are on your least you can't kick them out. If you own the home then you can get the police to remove them from your property
Just come in the Courthouse and go to the info desk they will assist you.
You can find information on their website. They are closed as of Wednesday due to weather.
To my knowledge the nearest hotel is either in Ladue or Brentwood. Both are just minutes away from Clayton. Where the court house is located.
Yes you can.
Need help to get your. money back. Business .Alliance Consumer Ally...
Yes, but you may need an attorney down the line
Probably best to show up in person. Good luck 🤞
I was told you can mail court papers or bring in person
I called this morning and they said you can do OP online. There are other options I may not be aware of. Good luck
I don't work in the marriage department. You'll have to call the Clerk's Office.
I just did and was only able to get a recording
It will never make sense until we except that it is a currupt system that is designed to control the people. But I have a feeling you already know this.
The name of the person followed by @courts.mo.gov I know this to be for the judges at st. Louis county court house.
Court has been suspended for all but emergency proceedings. No traffic, and no docket calls for people who are not confined to jail.
You can call the St. Louis County Justice Center.
There is meter parking on the streets and a huge lot of meter parking across from the Justice Center and Administator Building. Also, you can park at the Clayton Metro-Link garage down the street.
$7 or $8 for daily parking
Probably not
You go to the main court building. Ground level. At the security counter, ask for the Order of Protection window.
They have a board to file complaints with but they are crooked also. The whole system is. But if you have proof that they lied and it effected the outcome of your case you can file fraud upon the court. No statue of limits on that and you use a criminal lawyer not a family lawyer. Just curious what judge did you have?
You can obtain a copy of your birth certificate, there is a $15 fee, & if you’re asking if you have to do it in person, the answer is yes.
Yes, it's the county courthouse.
This would be a question for a local attorney. The courts legally cannot give advice on how to proceed in a case.
Yes. But the courthouse is across the street from this building I believe.
Call the division directly
Yes but must be silenced
Yes
Brenda's answer is correct. You haven't been served, personally, but they might have done publication. Contact the probate division, and if there is a sizable estate, you should have an attorney.
the circuit court? in what context?
St. Louis county courthouse. Best time...? As early as possible. It opens at 9 a.m.
The building its closed unless you are wanting to get a restraining order (until noon) or a custody exchange.
Look on Casenet.
Yes
You can get a record check with all the information you are probably looking for, from the Records Department in the Clayton Circuit Court Building
