Impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Customer service does not exist! Their automatic phone system directed on how to make a payment and that’s about it !

This is really 0 stars. I had to put 1 star in order to submit this. I called asking for assistance and the clerk was so rude. I asked if I could speak to someone else and they hung up on me. I was simply asking for help and a little guidance. When the clerk asked for additional information they were incredibly rude. How is it that if someone is asking for help, we're treated poorly. I've never gone through this process and the paperwork I have states I can call the clerk for assistance. I wish something would be done about this, but I'm sure no one cares. Thanks for nothin'.

I called to inquire on a traffic issue and spoke to Martha. She was rude, dismissive, and inattentive and I hade to basically to interrogate her to get any useful information and I felt poorly treated
