So here’s the deal. When you place an order online for kfc you’re given a time to pick it up. We did this today. Waited till the time and walked in the store to pick it up. I told them I had an order and the look of surprise was significant. It became obvious that my order wasn’t done. I was told the orders lag getting to the store. However, I doubt that it lagged 20 mins. The food was fine. But watching the store staff interacting made the fact I got any food at all even more shocking.

Not only did they get my order wrong, I had to repeat it 4 times and they still got it wrong! We pull up to the window and they have us pull all the way around to the main entrance again because our food isn’t ready. Now if you’ve ever pulled back out of this restaurant and tried to turn left, and then back IN to the restaurant, it’s next to impossible. So we pull back around and they take about 20 minutes to bring us our order. By the time they get us our order, the chicken is still raw (after supposedly waiting for it to cook for 20 minutes), and the root beer we bought seemed like it didn’t have any sugar in it? I’m not exaggerating here… like the flavor was there, but it was TERRIBLY bitter. I’ve never experienced anything like it. KFC, PLEASE get this fixed. Like the root beer is the best part, and the chicken is the second best part. You’ve managed to screw up the two things a KFC/A&W should do right! I want my money back.

The worst place ever, 3rd time in 2 months that we come and terrible service. One of those times they made fun of how we talked and they didn't attend to us. Today they spoke to us and then they didn't want to serve us, we went to the window and there was no one in the whole place, I don't know if because we are Latinos they don't want to serve us. 7:30 p.m.
