They missed the first appointment, tech didn't show up. They called and asked me to bring my truck in at 8am to their location. It's 840, they haven't started and are saying it'll be at least 3 hours. Amateur hour. Don't waste your time or money here.

Had to physically walk in because you can't call a store and talk to someone anymore, Sad , I had to take most of the day off to resolve a warranty issue , It would honestly be great to be able to call a store and talk to another human being , Technology seems to be a serious problem now a days , Some things should never change , is it really so bad you can't call a live person @ a store to set up something , The prompts just spin things around and around ..... The system failed me in my opinion ....
