I went with the more expensive option for tires at their advice to avoid a longer wait because the tires I wanted were out in a different location, but I had to wait the two hours they told me I'd save anyways.

Come on guys, really? Always a great experience at this location until today. Maybe an inexperienced/new tech? I really love the new 'mods' to my wheels that I didn't ask for. When I asked the tech about the scratches he told me "it happens, depending on how careful we are. If you get different wheels they'll be less likely to get damaged" What... seriously? They're factory ford rims and never damaged when mounting/dismounting snow tires (8 other times) until today. The type of wheels on the vehicle is irrelevant if you are careless or lack training for proper mounting/dismounting. Disappointed. **Note - for reference see the marks on the newly mounted snow tire that match the long scratch on the wheel. Also not sure how they gouged them so good on the other 2 wheels.

Headed home and found a screw in my tire. Stopped in just to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. York came right out to help. He was friendly and professional. I will come back here to do business. If they do that much for something small, they must do great on all other things. Thank you York.
