I walked in and was acknowledged by Chris at the front desk who was on the phone and said “I’ll be right with you.” I sat down off to the side and after 15 minutes he helped the man behind me who had come in 10 minutes after I had. After he helped the other person, I then asked “Can I be helped?” His response: “Oh, I thought you had been helped already.” So, let’s review: he saw me walk in, said he’d “be right with [me]” saw that no one helped me and in the midst of all this said “oh, when people sit down it means they’ve been helped.” I didn’t break his line of sight the entire time. It’s one of the worst displays of customer service I’ve ever received. I usually have liked discount tire, but if I do happen to patronize one again, it will never be this location.

If you need your tire pressure checked, coke here. They do not for free and very quickly. Their tire prices are also very reasonable and come with warranties.
