The ladies at the windows are the rudest women I have ever encountered. They have snotty demeaning tones and all out poor customer service skills.

Is $99 the normal court costs?? Women did not seem to know what to charge. I took on line course for dismissal. They used scare tactics (points..more fees..etc) and said if I did not pay it would be $199. I am on SS. Truth please.

Court costs can vary a little bit depending on the case and what has happened within it. (This may be why it took some work to figure out the exact amount.) The base court costs are a few dollars less than $99, but that is certainly within the normal range. (Most other courts in this area are a little higher.) If you do not pay the costs you may not be regarded as successfully completing your diversion program, so it is best to pay them right away.

You can appear in person to clear a warrant. You probably want to do that in the morning (probably before 11) to make sure it gets done and, in the event you have to post a bond or electronic monitoring, to leave ample business hours available to take care of that. If you are clearing a simple traffic ticket you are probably ok doing it on your own. If it is for a serious charge it would probably be a good idea to go in with a lawyer. This helps protect your rights and helps sort out any bond issues, pleas, and scheduling. If you think you'll need a lawyer on the charge, you would probably benefit from having one with you when you turn yourself in.
