My sister was approved, and we went to pay them rent and deposit and no office manager, and no one could help us , she been waiting 8mnths , she was supposed to meet the office manager on the 7th of October and she told her Monday and it's Columbus day everything federal was closed so we been calling all morning with no success 😑 😒 she is homeless, and the office manager retired and they had a party for her but know one to take her place,!!!!! Really we need answer's

My mother lived there long time. Her health was failing terribly. The floor plan was good because it helped of with the mobility issues. I believe the Mgt helped with my mom to have a health care aid. Rita was able to socialize @ community room and in the center court when they had bbq's. The bathroom had a pull cord incase of an emergency health wise or robery/assault. First responders would be on the way. My granddaughter pulled it so we know first hand it works. Mom eventually got the one for around the neck that would detect a fall. I never knew my mom had so many friends. If they didn't hear from her Mgt would check.. Rita became a social butterfly. Mgt would make sure that she didn't run out of food and started a food pantry in community room. Someone would get her a plate of food when birthdays' Christmas celebrations happen. My mom was happy and safe. 99% better than Weiler Homes. My mom had air conditioning. THANK YOU TO THE COMMUNITY FOR LOOKING OUT FOR MY MOTHER, SHE DESERVED IT.

Some of the residence are having issues with their toilets, having issues with neighbors who are Hoarders that's causing mice, roaches, bed bugs, hallways smelling like dog and cat urine. We're suppose to be having house inspections but Not! If that was the case how are people passing house inspections and the people's apartment still reek of pet urine. It's embarrassing to have family members to come and visit when the hallways smell like pet urine. It's sad the manager isn't doing her job. She isn't a good manager, she has a few times had lost residence money orders and check's. This is ridiculous things ain't getting done around here. You have a residence who has keys to the community room and she thinks she runs this complex. I never never lived at place a residence have access to the community room. They need to put a new manager who will do their job!!!!
