Was there Tuesday for video court. The judge was absolutely un professional and evidently all ready had pre determined is decision. He never asked us our side of story or let us speak other than were we present. He evicted us even though we had corrected the problems with landlord. But he wouldn't know that because we were not allowed to speak. He needs to go back to school to learn how to be a proper judge. Think i will file a complaint with the Michigan judicial tenure. Not the first time having problems with this circus of a court and the clowns in the gowns. Stay out of this court because you are guilty no matter what you have no say. and you will loose. A judge in this court told my son to commit suicide and went as far as to tell him two ways of doing it ,disgraceful place and professionals with no morals. I have no respect for this place or any of the judges that sit there. Was on national news and good morning America filed complaint with judicial tenure and Judge apologized to media but never to us or our son disgraceful place. When judge Tuesday heard my sons name mentioned it was, granted like he knew who he was. Justice not in this place Glad i moved 1300 miles away from novi probably not far enough.place needs to be investigated for misconduct no doubt. According to these reviews. .

In my opinion, Judge Law doesn't seem to like when he has to dismiss a case because the police illegally obtain evidence. But he isn't afraid and will still dismiss it. He has a backbone and tries to give everyone a fair shake

My husband foolishly ran a red light and got a ticket. I called to ask about the process of paying for the ticket, and was lucky enough to get an amazingly patient and kind person on the phone. Her name was Cherie, and she was so patient with all my dumb questions. She totally explained the process, and her gracious attitude made me feel like she knew she was there for us as a public employee.

You can try and call the court and see if they'll give you an answer over the phone, or you can go to the court and review the file.
Idk since covid but you use to be able to
Yes
Call the court and find out the process. They might have to get the old ticket from an offsite facility if it still exists.
