They put a wheel lock on our car because of a delayed flight. They advertise 7 minute pick up and it took 30 minutes for them to even show up. They made us pay $50 to unlock the wheel lock.

We love Ajax R Us SeaTac Airport parking - it's a little out of the way, but cost is more reasonable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The shuttles typically run every 15-minutes, but be sure to keep their phone number handy if not. The reservation and technology system is not as sophisticated as others such as Jiffy, but Ajax R Us gets the job done - check-in and out is quick and easy, if there are spaces available. They do fill up quickly on holidays, so use the email reservation "system". We have parked at Ajax R Us many times and have never had security issues, nor damage to any of our vehicles, and never any surprise charges, noting there is the standard extra airport taxes & fees that add nearly 50% to the base daily rate, so $10/day is closer to $15/day when you check out. Payment is typically credit card only. Please be sure to tip the hard-working shuttle drivers, and be courteous to others when parking.

Used them thrice so far, and each time the experience had been stellar. At the second instance, we arrived at the airport right after a huge snow storm after Christmas in 2021. The driver (Karen) who picked us had been so kind to lend us a long brush to clear the snow from our car. And she was so gracious that she waited patiently the whole time as we cleared all the accumulated snow from the windshield, the windows and the top of the car. Kudos to Karen! I have no idea of what we would have done had she just dropped us there and drove off! Ajax always honored reservations and would tell us upfront if there’s no vacancy, which is great. Pick up and drop off had been pretty much very timely as well. The pricing had been very competitive too. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service, I wish I’d thought to use this service fee sooner. Cost is only $7.99 per day. They send a shuttle bus to your vehicle to pick you up within minutes of you arriving and parking. Lot itself is clean, no sketchy ppl around, and surveillance cameras positioned around the lot. Shuttle ride to the airport was about 6-7 minutes. I would recommend Ajax Parking to anyone. I will certainly continue use them moving forward.
