It started as a nice place to live. Management was responsive. The neighbors were friendly. Then the troubles started. They increased rent by 20% with our providing any added value. I chose to move on rather than pay extra. They refused to do a walk through of the property on exiting. The manager couldn't be bothered to do his job. Now they are trying to wrongfully charge fees. Looks like legal action is coming. Don't move here. The place isn't worth it.

We have lived at this complex now for nine years (5 years in a 2 bedroom and now 3 years in a 3 bedroom). We love living here. Great views of natural surroundings. We can see the Puget Sound from our balcony!! Janet Santos is the best manager we’ve ever had at this complex! Parking is reserved. Be sure to tell your guests!

Hi all!! As one of the longest residents here at City's Edge, I think I should give my 2 cents. Few people talk about the managers coming and going, but what they fail to mention is that most of the time its the tenants. They come and then fail to pay their rent. City's Edge is a nice place to live, tenants keep to themselves, charming, and quite.

Update2018: Been here 7 years. Still a 3 star. Average price. Not the best. Not the worst. Average apartments. Not the best. Not the worst. Between White Center and Burien...considered Burien but sometimes address is Seattle. New managers every few months. Last one that was long term was 3 years ago. I think she stayed over a year. Parking is problematic unless you have a garage. Quiet most of the time. Rowdier during the summer months but not too bad. Why are we still here after 7 years? Nothing bad enough to say goodbye yet. We're transplants and finally feel settled. Transferring to new apartment in complex to get more space. I will let you know how it goes and if I think the extra rent is worth it.
