They need to update their website. I checked to see if I need to make an appointment and the website indicated it wasn't necessary. I fasted, walked in the next morning, only to be turned away b/c I didn't have an appointment. The rude receptionist made it seem like it was "my fault" for not making an appointment.

Be ready to wait a LONG time! My boyfriend was able to take an appointment online but still had to wait an hour because they were running behind schedule and then because they didn't mention that he needed some extra documents. When we arrived I checked-in as a walk in because when I tried to book an appointment online their website wasn't working. The front desk lady told me it was going to be an hour wait, then an hour later she told me again that I would have to wait an hour... She also kept saying to everybody that they don't encourage walk in because of the hour of wait, but in that case why do they allow it ? Luckly someone else sat at the front desk and I was able to have my blood test done very quickly. The whole process would need to be improve because first of all when you want to do an antobodies covid-19 blood test, they will charge you before showing the available times, and it seems like all labCorps doesn't have available appointments for the next three weeks. That something I think everybody would like to know before paying the test. If you decide to not wait and come as a walk in, be ready to wait, maybe forever depending of who is at the front desk. And now accessing the result is an other process that might take me a very long time since I am not a US resident. I cannot access it online, their phone seems to be shut down during business hours, and they are not responding emails.... Have your nerves ready !

First, what is the point of making an appointment if they are going to take the first person who walks in your time slot? It appeared that I'd still be waiting in line either way. Got there a few minutes before my time slot and a woman who was in the waiting room who was still filling out her info at the kiosk when I confirmed my time slot, was invited to go before me? Second, I was left with a huge bruise on my arm which has never happened before when I got blood taken. Third, how hard is it to just look at the patient's ID instead of sending results by email, but then denying access to the results? So the patient then has to either email a pdf of a form and copy of ID (download a program so the pdf can be edited), or FAX (???) a printed out form (who has a printer at home these days or a FAX machine?) to LabCorp, wait 3 MORE days for response. Why didn't they just request this information when I made the appointment? I'm fully computer literate, and this took me an extra 30+ minutes to go through these steps when it would have taken 10 seconds for the person at the desk to look at my ID. Imagine if this was my grandmother trying to do this? Or someone with no computer access? SUPER annoying

Easy process, clean facility. I went in around 9am on a Monday and they saw me in about 10 minutes
