security isn’t helpful and they don’t answer. Landlord is never in office and there’s always garbage laying around outside. Noisy neighbors and nothing is done about noise complaints. Workers can be rude for no reason. Landlord doesnt do much to help and doesnt listen.

These apartments get -0 on STARS. Currently still living here after 2 + years ...So many problems too many to list but here are a few....Over priced RENT , Staff in office are RUDE AND MAINTENANCE don't know how to do there job, ALSO SECURITY IS A NO SHOW ALL THE TIME and my car has been broken into So many times and stolen from here LASTLY the pool is never ever open and closes at 5pm NOT 10PM LIKE LISTED....I WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE...MY HONEST OPINION.

Very noise neighbors that ruin the enjoyment. Maintenance was very late during an emergency and i had to call multiple times. Lots of music is always playing loud around this neighborhood and security isn’t helpful. Office Staff can be rude and don’t communicate despite saying they will. Its difficult trying to reach the landlord and Kerri from office is condescending and dismisses your complaints instead of trying to help. These people do not care about you nor your comfort at home. All they care about is your money for rent. Until the office sees improvements and changes within its staff and their attitude I wouldn’t recommend these apartments.

I have to admit I was blessed with an amazing apartment and an even better landlord and maintenance man!!! They are always so friendly and on time with everything. Making the big move from Louisiana and then with kids was so scary, but I landed in a PERFECT PLACE, we now call HOME!!! Thanks so much for everything!!!
