They are probably open for 3/4 of the year, they will get frost there and probably have to shut down the water so you may want to cal and check on that.

Usually at a KOA its $500 a month plus power don't quote me on that though it could be different, but that seems to be the standard in the 19 states I've been in over the last year. I know at the time I was there they were updating the power to the sites and they had limited permanent spots available it would be best to call them and confirm though especially after hurricane Dorian hitting that area I don't know if they had any damage.

I'm not sure. I think that would be based on the daily rates. We have been there since January and were paying $500 monthly. It's gone up now for summer rates to $700 monthly. Its run really well. Clean. And the staff are super nice

None of their employees are ever online. Just give em a ring! They seem real nice

Santee Lakes Campground going through major renovations and evicting all permanent campers. Converting to a KOA and rates will increase by 75 percent. Owner wants an overnight park. Not a community.

There are areas to ski, but you have to be familiar with the lake.

Yearly contract is 400 month if you are living there full time. It's 350 month If you keep you camper there, but don't live there permanently. Includes all utilities. If you are not there a full year the rent is 450 a month. Still includes all utilities. Only 30 amp sites though. Has pool and dock and boat ramp and mini putt putt course. Has lake access.
