Yes, some trail are restricted and some are not. There seems to be a good selection to choose from.
I was not particularly happy with the trails there this week either. Started on the South Loop Trail, but was so over grown that I had an all too close encounter with a snake. I understand it is a nature preserve, but walking/hiking trails should not have thigh high grasses.
