Came in with my husband 2 minutes after them opening and was treated as a thief. I would give zero stars. I came straight in to use their restroom and when I came out my husband said the employee said I had went in there with my purse. I am pregnant and happen to need the restroom frequently. If you want to be treated like a criminal from the moment you step in this is a good store for you. I was even asked to lock their bathroom door for them. Very unprofessional. I would suggest the clearwater location instead where they are kinder to their customers.

First time going to this Goodwill store! It could use a little loving touch in organization! Staff was very polite! It was just hard to figure out where everything was being nothing's organized! I know if they're probably under staff the way everybody else's

We bought a toaster that didn’t work. Within 1 hour we called and we’re told by Ana we should have “tested” it. Apparently their policy is no returns. There was no wiggle room, refund, exchange, store credit, and customer service. Goodwill unfortunately has a huge Corporate oversight and the staff is handcuffed. The “good” reputation of is slowly (if not already) moving towards “no Good”. .. When you think of donating go to the Salvation Army. They are reputable AND not driven by maniacal profiteering. I’m sure Goodwill’s CEO makes a ton of money (along with his/her crackerjack lieutenants)..

I visited the Largo Good Will on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. My first impression was that it was comparatively smaller than my local store in Tampa, but after staying awhile to shop, my husband and I were delighted to find a whole array of treasures! And all at excellent Good Will prices! Our checkout ladies, Ana and Cynthia, were friendly and efficient. Our goodies were all carefully wrapped and bagged, and we were on our way! It will be worth the drive to visit again soon!

They do not pick up
I shop there frequently. They do not have any transportation available. If you go on the color discount day, you can get 50% off. You can call the store because the color changes weekly. I have always found the staff very helpful.
We offer a limited amount of baby furniture in our stores due to frequent product safety recalls by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. So we're unlikely to have high chairs in our stores.
Masks are required in all Goodwill-Suncoast stores. If someone needs a mask and doesn’t have one, we’ll provide a mask. We follow all CDC guidelines – we post signs and make announcements reminding everyone to stay 6 ft apart. Hand sanitizer is available to shoppers and we frequently sanitize throughout the store.
No
I dont think they do I would just call them and ask
They usually don't pick up smaller amounts. Try Salvation Army or Habitat for Humanity too.
