Staff needs help! Why don’t you hire enough people, they delay my delivery order, ‘because we were so busy’. No notification, I have has it with this online ordering and staff that can’t answer questions.

This location in Largo deserves 10 stars! I have been going to Trulieve for almost two years now and I just recently moved to Largo a few months ago and words can’t begin to describe how friendly and welcoming the environment is at the Largo store. Everyone I have ever encountered here is truly amazing and super helpful. I’d like to make a special shout out to Kelly & Sam. These two went above and beyond to listen carefully to my needs and pointed me in the right direction on the products that were best suited to me. Sam was the sweetest and an amazing listener. Kelly, also was incredibly sweet, paitent, and she amazed me with the amount of knowledge she has on all the different products in the store. Thank you both so much, you have a guaranteed customer for life! If you are in the area, this store should be your go to!

Was assured by Craig and a trainee which were both very helpful with my questions and choices for my products purchased. I’m a repeat customer to largo office. Always had very helpful people. Out of all the local dispensaries hands down for info and selection.

I wasn't impressed. I usually go to a different store but decided to try here. Staff were not near as knowledgeable or eager to explain product than I'm used to. Didn't let me know I could save my new customer discount for later. I placed an online order and called with a question after, the person I spoke with seemed very cold and as I were annoying by calling. I'd like to think it was a fluke but considering I felt the same in 2 different interactions I'm not so sure. Ill give another try only for the discount-if it's a third poor interaction I guess I'll have my answer.
