I have the same problem!
Unfortunately the system at Trulieve keeps automatically removing the "Receive Email/Text Alerts". I work for the company and I see it every day. I have had to personally fix my email & text alerts on my own personal account. And I do it every day for our patients. So I would like to apologize for the IT department. We have been told for a very long time now that they're working on it...So I totally understand your frustration. I'm not sure which location you shop at but ask the employees at the front desk if they could please check your account and make the necessary corrections. It's definitely been a hassle for many of us patients and employees! It may even do it again, if so ask them to correct it. I'm so very sorry. I hope this helped a bit.
That's strange sign up again I'm not sure man that sucks I get there emails in my spam account and text's also
My suggestion would be to revisit your signing up for your text and emails make sure it took
