+++++Update : just recieved a call from the actual manager. He was extremely polite and apologetic. The fee gas been refunded and I look forward to my next appointment .++++ Manager knows the reason....new injector that used 10 more units than normal, but we shall see in 2 weeks how that works out. Better was 20m wait despite 1st appointment of the day and $25 charge because 2 weeks ago I called the morning of my appointment to cancel because my nany tested positive for covid and the last thing I wanted to do is expose the injector. In addition it's now $50 dollars if you don't cancel within 24hrs ( better to expose staff to covid I guess). The icing on the cake was that if I did not remember how many units I had banked there was no notes and was almost charged $525...instead it was settled based on a review by two workers that instill have access of 26 units after today. So in summary, I love my precious injector, I'll see what I look like in 2 weeks after today's appointment before I can comment on it...but charging people for doing the right thing post covid exposure is just unprofessional!

I love this MED spa!! The staff is super friendly, and they have good quality products and services! I get my facials, brows, and b12 shots done here! The staff listens to me as I have highly sensitive skin! Elle does the best Botox and filler work around. I have always had very good experiences here and highly recommend going.

I was recommended to Dr K Med spa by one of my friend. I have been going to this spa for over a year . I’m a fan of their hydra anti aging facial. Every time I come everyone is so professional , caring and following all the required guidelines. The spa is so clean and uptodate . The owner is very sweet and goes out of the way to make your experience a memorable one. The front staff is very courteous and always willing to accommodate you according to your schedule. All the girls giving services are very professional and they pamper you. If you go there one time there is no way you are not coming back. Can’t wait for my next appointment . Highly recommended for all their services ! 👍🏼

I absolutely love Dr K med spa. I have had many services there and all are great. My favorite is my hydro facial by Lauren. When I tell you she goes above and beyond to make your experience great. When I started she changed my skin care routine to fit what was best for me and it has helped my skin tremendously. I wouldn’t recommend to go anywhere else! And Dr. K himself does perfect on my lip filler!
