*This review is specifically for if you are staying in a cabin.* There was some kind of mildew or mold around a lot of the cabin. The bed was rock hard (like a cinder block wrapped in a sheet hard). The "boat ramp" that is with each cabin shouldn't be described as a ramp. It was more like a gap in the trees on a muddy bank, so expect your boat to get filthy inside and out. Some cabin's ramps are blocked by downed trees and can't be used. There were plenty of glasses and utensils but the frying pans were so old, had rounded bottoms so it was difficult to cook with them and everything stuck to them; then there are no cleaning utensils like a brush to clean the pans. So there we were scraping the pans for half an hour with a fork trying to get it clean every morning. Bring your own pans at least. People love a campfire when they camp or stay in a cabin. At least list on the website that there is no fire pit nor one allowed! At over $400 for 3 days, we won't be back. Or perhaps we will stay at the tent campground instead.

Live close by so we visit Cypress Campground often. We keep a yearly pass so we can visit and put the boat in the water. Great place for a picnic, hiking, bike riding or just to sit and enjoy the view. Many people come here to fish if they do not use a boat. The employees are just the nicest people you will ever meet.

Water and power only with a dump station. Not sure about a monthly rate since it's a state park. I believe they have a limit of of 14 consecutive days.
It's a state park so you are limited to 14 days. I believe the cost is about $32 per day. Power and water with a dump station.
