I was so saddened by my experience because I always stay here when I’m in Buffalo. I checked into my room, only to find hairs in my bed and in the tub in the washroom. I went down to speak to front desk, he seemed unfazed. He just looked at me and gave me a new room key. I proceeded to go to the new room only to find the same results. I was shocked. I found more hairs on my pillow, on the bed and on the washroom toilet. I went down to the front desk again and voiced my displeasure. Again he seemed stoic, like this was something he’s used to hearing. He hand me another room key, I just rolled my eyes. I told him I’m checking out, if the same problems arise again! Unfortunately, three times wasn’t the charm. This time the toilet seat was dirty, I’ll save you the gross details. When I came down the manager was there. I told her what has occurred and her excuse was that her cleaning staff are burned out and exhausted. No excuses when the hotel is charging close to 200 USD a night! I will NEVER stay here again!!

Side parking lot is terrible, needs to be resurfaced. Overall location does not make you feel safe. Staff was very friendly. Room was outdated but overall very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning could use some improvement. Would recommend at this rate, but only if you don't have a choice to stop. Also don't go downtown Buffalo to grab a pizza, it's quite a stressful experience. You might get shot.

Room was clean, bed was pretty comfy, bathroom was up to date. Breakfast was ok. Front desk workers were pretty nice. Only downside was as soon as you walked in the front doors it smelt of weed. Even in the hallway on the second floor you could smell it, however, the room smelt normal thankfully.

The room seemed reasonably clean, though it smelled of high-intensity cleaning fluids--used, perhaps, to wipe out vestiges of cigarette smoke. The room also had the usual standard comforts, including a fridge and plenty of outlets and plugs around the desk. We didn't have significant problems with noise, but keep in mind that this is a pet-friendly hotel, so you may hear barking dogs at times. The breakfast is extremely basic: microwavable breakfast sandwiches, a couple of kinds of cereal, yogurt, fruit, basic bread, waffle machines. The breakfast room space is small for the number of customers (esp. on weekends), so it may be incredibly noisy, you may encounter lines for the microwave and waffle machines, and there may not be enough tables to accommodate everyone. The kitchen/breakfast manager mostly scowled at everyone, and once 9 am comes around, don't be surprised if she's already put some stuff away and starts turning off the lights. The hotel is easily accessed from the highway, and seems like a stop for many folks headed for Niagara Falls. The property is generally well maintained, though the western side of the parking lot has a lot of potholes, torn fencing, and other issues. Overall, it's fine--not the best, but okay.

3 PM. They do have earlier hours if requesed. I've checked in a 130 once and they had no problem
Possibly with request if available, they were very accommodating during our stay
