A well managed building. Its being renovated, but the staff is fantastic i moved, but living elsewhere makes me miss the management, bobby and peter.

Insecure parking garage (multiple cars broken into) and horrible customer service. They'll be nice to you when you try to lease one of their overpriced unit but it's a completely different story when you try to terminate your lease. I was offered a part of my deposit back when my roommate decided to continue the lease while I didn't, but I never get my money. I called and emailed asking the manager to give me her side of the story but the only communication I get back from the past 4 months is "I'll look into it". At this point, I don't even care anymore if they want to keep the deposit; I just want an answer. Also, they still send me account statement even though I've been off lease for almost half a year and the manager said last month that I've been taken off their system.

To be objective and fair - we have had good experiences. However, We’ve had a huge bug infestation for over a week. They’re in my 15 month olds room. We can’t feed our cat without them coming in and the management is doing nothing. We have to wait until the next scheduled exterminator. That’s in a week. They say we just have to wait. Pay $2k+ a month to wait around with bugs. They’re in our expensive couch, daughters bed, kitchen.. do not rent here.

This building is great! It is clean, well maintained, well soundproofed, it has great views, clean gym, big garage, and two-amazing roof-tops. The management ladies, Josephine and Amy, are responsive and helpful. We rented an apartment here without even seeing it. They patiently answered all our questions over the phone, and emailed us pictures, accurately reflecting the condition and the layout of the apartment. There were absolutely no problems or surprises, when we moved in. Upon moving out we were charged the exact amount, which was outlined in our rental agreement, and the rest of our security deposit was returned to us on time.
